Zavayo collects only the information needed to qualify an inquiry, route it internally, and respond with a tailored next step.
What we collect
Name, email, phone or WhatsApp if provided, inquiry details, timing, referral context, and any notes you intentionally include so the concierge desk can qualify fit and respond appropriately.
Why we collect it
To assess urgency, assign follow-up, prepare a shortlist or response path, and maintain a private internal record of serious inquiries. We do not ask for unnecessary data for theatre.
How it is handled
Inquiry data is routed into a private internal pipeline used for qualification, follow-up tasks, and service notes. Access should be restricted to the small operating team responsible for delivery.
What this site does not promise yet
This build is an operating layer, not a finished compliance stack. Production deployment should add formal consent language, retention policy, company registration details, and jurisdiction-specific legal review.
